The rules for using TCG Community Hub
Last updated: 2026-10-07
These Terms are between you and Telmo Filipe Ribeirinho Pereira, sob a designação comercial TCG Community Hub, located at Rua da Rapadoura, nº3, 4930-000 Valença, Portugal.
These Terms govern your access to and use of TCG Community Hub: the player tools (collection, decks, trades, local card sales, Digital Table, webcam play and rankings), the community tools (playgroups, events, leagues, tournaments, store pages and broadcasts) and the professional tools for stores (stock, POS, online store and Ticket Booth).
A personal account is free. Professional modules use the subscription or transaction pricing shown for each module. Stripe is connected on demand from the sales, business or Ticket Booth workspace that needs it.
TCG Community Hub is a hosted platform for trading card game players, communities and stores. It is still under active development: we may add, change or remove features, and some features may be marked as experimental or limited to certain games.
You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure (two-factor authentication is available in Settings and may be required for sensitive actions) and you are responsible for everything done with your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised access. Roles such as Professional or Community Manager and any staff permissions granted to you only give access to the contexts they cover.
You are responsible for what you publish: profile details, decks, binders, wishlists, listing photos, posts, comments, chat messages, card backs and other uploads. Only publish content you have the right to use. You keep your rights in your content and give us the limited permission needed to host, display and share it as the feature you chose requires (for example on a public profile, a store page or a shared link). Organisers and store owners or managers may moderate comments in the spaces they run, and we may remove content or restrict features when content breaks these Terms or the law.
Each seller and store is responsible for listing and photo accuracy, card condition, inventory availability, pricing, customer support, agreed pickup or shipping, returns, taxes, and compliance with consumer and product law. A store accepting consigned cards also assumes the custody and sale-status responsibilities stated in the accepted drop-off agreement.
Payment processing and payouts are provided by Stripe and Stripe Connect. A direct charge is created on the connected account selected for that transaction, which must keep its Stripe onboarding and compliance up to date. Cash and externally processed payments are recorded for workflow purposes only and are not processed or guaranteed by TCG Community Hub.
Ticket Booth payments are direct charges on the organiser Stripe account selected for the tournament; TCG Community Hub does not hold the full ticket price or act as escrow. The connected account receives the proceeds less the platform application fee and Stripe processing costs. Participants may cancel and request a refund until the cutoff configured for the tournament (seven days before the start by default). The organiser decides whether to refund in full or retain a cancellation fee; after the cutoff, whether and how much to refund is at the organiser’s discretion. Stripe processing fees are generally not returned on refunds and remain charged to the connected account. The organiser is responsible for the event, prizes, cancellation terms, refunds and disputes. If a second-party revenue share is configured, the platform forwards only that configured share from its application fee.
Platform fees, Stripe processing fees, subscriptions and other pricing terms vary by feature and are shown before payment or in the applicable commercial agreement. Estimated fee calculators are informational; the final Stripe balance transaction is authoritative.
Personal card listings and consigned personal cards are pickup-only on the platform. Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing a safe handover and checking the physical card before confirming pickup. Business drop-off agreements define custody and either a percentage split of the amount remaining after applicable fees or an agreed owner payout. The business controls publication and sale status after accepting physical custody; settlements recorded as cash, bank or external payments happen outside Stripe unless explicitly processed through Stripe.
Sellers and stores are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting and paying all taxes, duties and similar charges related to their sales and operations. A platform sale confirmation is not a tax invoice unless it was issued through a configured fiscal provider.
The Digital Table and webcam play are provided free of charge, as is. Automated rules handling, clocks and results may contain errors and may be corrected or voided. Round clocks are binding: running out of time, conceding or leaving a ranked game in progress ends the match as shown. Ranked games, league and tournament results feed the platform's own ratings and leaderboards only; they are not official ratings of any game publisher. While playing you must not cheat, exploit bugs, collude, use bots or other automation, harass other players, or record or share another player's video, audio or cards without their consent. Games that have ended, been abandoned or stopped working may be closed by the platform, and we may restrict these features or remove results for players who break these rules.
Organisers can connect a YouTube or Twitch account to stream tournaments and leagues from the producer studio. TCG Community Hub then uses YouTube API Services and the Twitch API, at your request, to read your channel details, create and manage live broadcasts, send the stream and, if you turn it on, read the live chat so you can show messages on screen. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You are responsible for what you broadcast and must have the consent of the people shown. You can disconnect at any time in the producer panel or from your Google or Twitch account settings.

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment or hate, intellectual property infringement, impersonation, abuse of integrations, security violations, scraping or automated access that is not offered by us, or actions that interfere with platform stability or other users.
TCG Community Hub and its software, design and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. Card names, card images and game rules belong to their publishers (see the Copyright and Third-Party Notices). You keep your rights in your own content.
We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Development work, maintenance, third-party outages and force majeure events may affect availability. Push notifications and real-time updates are delivered on a best-effort basis; always check the page itself for the current state of a tournament, order or game.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms, legal obligations, or risks to users, payment partners or platform integrity. Records we must keep by law, or that other users depend on (such as completed sales, tournament results and pairings), may be kept after an account is deleted.
Except where prohibited by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Prices, legality checks and rules automation are informational and may be wrong.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, TCG Community Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
You agree to defend and indemnify TCG Community Hub against claims, liabilities, losses and costs arising from your content, store operations, broadcasts, legal violations or misuse of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will show the date of the latest change at the top. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity of the platform, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
