1. Trademark disclaimer

TCG Community Hub is an independent platform for trading card game players, communities and stores. It is not produced, endorsed, sponsored by or affiliated with Wizards of the Coast, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, Konami Digital Entertainment, Studio Dice, Disney, Ravensburger or Legend Story Studios. All card names, card images, set symbols and game logos remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy

TCG Community Hub is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy. Not approved/endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. ©Wizards of the Coast LLC. Magic: The Gathering, its card names, card images, mana symbols and game rules are property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. The Magic: The Gathering features of the platform, including the Digital Table, are free to use with a free account.

3. Magic: The Gathering data and images

Magic: The Gathering card data and images are supplied by the Scryfall API (scryfall.com). Card names, mana symbols and card art are © Wizards of the Coast LLC. Use of Scryfall data follows Scryfall's data usage guidelines.

4. Pokémon data

Pokémon card data is supplied by the Pokémon TCG API (pokemontcg.io). Pokémon and all associated names and images are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and Game Freak Inc.

5. Yu-Gi-Oh! data

Yu-Gi-Oh! card data is supplied by the YGOPRODeck API (db.ygoprodeck.com). Yu-Gi-Oh! and all associated names and images are trademarks of Studio Dice/Shueisha, TV Tokyo and Konami Digital Entertainment.

6. Disney Lorcana data

Disney Lorcana card data is supplied by the Lorcana API (lorcana-api.com). Disney Lorcana and all associated names and images are trademarks of Disney and Ravensburger.

7. Flesh and Blood data

Flesh and Blood card data is supplied by the Go Again API (goagain.dev). Flesh and Blood and all associated names and images are trademarks of Legend Story Studios.

8. Deck imports

When you import a deck by link, the public deck list is read from the site you link to (such as Moxfield or Archidekt). Those sites are not affiliated with TCG Community Hub.

9. Digital Table and rules engine

Magic: The Gathering games on the Digital Table are run by Forge, an unofficial open-source rules engine developed by the Forge community (github.com/Card-Forge/forge) and used under the GNU General Public License v3. Forge is not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast. TCG Community Hub provides its own interface and server adapter around it. Automated rules handling may contain errors; in case of doubt the official Magic: The Gathering Comprehensive Rules prevail. Digital Table games are not sanctioned by Wizards of the Coast; ranked games count only towards the platform's own ratings, not towards any official rating or Wizards Play Network event.

10. Mana symbols

Mana, tap and card-type symbols are displayed with the Mana font by Andrew Gioia (mana.andrewgioia.com), loaded from jsDelivr. The font is licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and its stylesheets under the MIT License; the symbol designs themselves are © Wizards of the Coast LLC.

11. Card images

Card images are shown as supplied by their data providers, without cropping the artist and copyright lines and without adding our own watermarks. Card data on the platform is never placed behind a paywall. Card backs ("sleeves") and photos uploaded by users are their own content.

12. Market pricing data

Reference prices are supplied by the OpenTCG API (tcgtracking.com) and by card data providers where available. Prices are provided for information only, are not guaranteed to be current or accurate, and should not be relied upon for transactions.

13. Product and barcode data

Barcode lookups for store stock use the EAN-Search.org database. Suggested product images may be found through a web image search; they remain the property of their owners and stores should use only images they are allowed to use.

14. Icons

Interface icons are provided by Font Awesome (fontawesome.com) and used under their applicable licence terms.

15. Fonts

The Inter and Sora typefaces are served by Bunny Fonts (fonts.bunny.net) and are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

16. Payment processing

Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe and Stripe Connect. Stripe is a registered trademark of Stripe, Inc.

17. YouTube and Twitch

Broadcast features use YouTube API Services and the Twitch API. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC and Twitch is a trademark of Twitch Interactive, Inc.; neither endorses TCG Community Hub.

18. Live play, video, real-time updates and QR codes

Video and audio between players use WebRTC. Connections are negotiated through public STUN servers (such as Google's) and, when a direct connection is not possible, routed through a TURN relay server. Real-time updates use Laravel Reverb, Laravel Echo and pusher-js, QR codes are generated with the qrcodejs library (MIT License, loaded from cdnjs), and broadcast snapshots use html2canvas (MIT License), each under its open-source licence.
